Copic Mondo Peony Two Ways
It’s no secret, I love floral stamps. Today, I’m Copic coloring Ellen Hutson Mondo Peony in two ways.
I purchased Mondo Peony and Mondo Magnolia years ago and I still love them. That’s the thing about floral stamps, they’re timeless!

All the details to create and color these one layer cards are in the video. I’ll list specific Copic colors and supplies below.
Copic Markers
I stamped this image twice, once with Altenew Permanent Black Ink (Copic safe) and once with Altenew Pink Pearl and Frayed Leaf Ink. After stamping in black I quickly realized I wanted to do no-line Copic coloring.
Coral Red Copics
R21, R22, R24, R29
Leaf Green Copics
YG61, YG63, YG67
Cocoa Brown Copics
E70, E74, E79
The stripes above were done with a mix of the same colors.
Finishing Touches
Next, I stamped sentiments from Ellen Hutson Mondo Magnolia and added some splatter with Altenew Jet Black Ink Spray.
Lastly, I created an envelope with coordinating cardstock and the We R Memory Keepers 123 Punch Board.
Thanks for visiting! I’d love to hear what you think down below. I just purchased a few more Mondo florals so keep an eye out for more tutorials!

Amber!! I really think you’ve mastered this Mondo Peony! It is among my favorites in the Mondo family – but let me tell you… I’ve had a few melt-downs with those folds! lol How many times do you think I’ll have to watch your video before your instructions are imprinted on my brain?? xx
Two really wonderful cards… and thanks for introducing me to the E70’s!

Thanks so much, Michele!! Once you get a hang of those folds you’ll be golden. I hope my tutorial helps! I always wonder if I share enough of the coloring, or too much, so let me know if it ends up being helpful. Yes, E70…totally my favorite neutral! Thanks again for watching and reaching out!!
