Masculine Zentangle® Card

Need a masculine card? Geometrics, rich saturated colors, and muted tones are perfect for masculine cards. Altenew Trigonometry Stamp Set is one of my go-to sets along with Olive, Galactic Stream, and Evening Gray Crisp Dye Inks.

These triangles lend themselves perfectly to a Zentangle® pattern called tripoli, and I was definitely in the mood to tangle. It was important to maintain a masculine feel so I kept the pattern simple and graphic.

The video below shows how to stamp the pattern and tangle the inside of the triangles.

I opted to keep things clean and simple today and didn’t add any shading. You could shade the black accents on the inside of the triangles to add depth or shade one or two of the outer edges of the triangles to pop them off the page.
