Cardmaking Tutorial | Large Floral Stamps & Stencils You Can’t Miss
All the details for these cards are in this card making video tutorial. Watch here or in HD on YouTube. While you’re there, I’d love it if you liked, subscribed, and rang the notifications bell.
Mega Bloom Stencil
Mega Bloom is right, this flower stencil is huge and fantabulous! This festive flower was created with a mix of ink blending and Artist Marker coloring.
I am always inspired by Alex Syberia’s dot coloring and gave it a go with Mega Bloom Stencil. This was another one of those ugly duckling cards that turned into a swan.
I finished off the card with Altenew Satin Gold Sequins to reinforce the dot texture.
Sweet Spring Stencil
Next up is, Sweet Spring Stencil, which is a gorgeous and easy to use floral layering stencil.
I opted for a vertical arrangement to do something a little different and ink blended with Volcano Lake and Midnight Violet.
Stay tuned, that encouraging sentiment is coming soon.
Statement Flowers Stamp Set
Aw yeah, Altenew Statement Flowers Stamp Set is definitely my new favorite. Today I watercolor, but I definitely want to use all the mediums with this stunning floral arrangement.
I adore Altenew Artists’ Watercolor 24 Pan Set. The pigments are crazy vibrant and they move effortlessly.
Watch the video to see how well Sea Shore and Cherry Blossom watercolor mix and blend on their own.
I created a few shades of green by mixing Green Hills with Cherry Blossom for a light green and with Sea Shore and Cherry Blossom to create a dark green.
Zig Zag Floral Stamp Set
Focus, Daniel-san. I was really tempted to create another 80’s throwback card, but I resisted. This edgy modern Zig Zag Floral Stamp Set will not be overlooked!
I skipped the solid layer and went straight for the detail layer in Obsidian Pigment Ink. The centers are Volcano Lake and Lagoon Crisp Dye Ink. Focus was die-cut from Simple Alpha
Sentiment Strips Stamp Set and the new Sentiment Strips 2 Stamp Set coordinate perfectly to create the sub-sentiments for this card.
Here’s one more version with Cotton Candy, Mango Smoothie, and Snapdragon Crisp Dye Inks.
These sentiments are from Mega Greetings 4 Stamp Set, an older favorite.
