Big thanks to Keisha Charles for relaying you over to my blog. To start at the beginning of the hop visit the Altenew Card Blog.

Check out how I use some of my favorites in this short cardmaking video. Wath here or in HD on YouTube. While you’re there I’d love it if you like, subscribe, share it with your crafty friends.

Winter Essential Full Release

First, let’s take a look at the new 2 in 1 Precision Glue Pen! This little beauty has a ballpoint nib for effortless detail. Simply write with a bit of pressure to release a fine glue line. Adhere when wet for a permanent bond. For a temporary bond, adhere when tacky.

This stand-alone die release covers a variety of celebrations from holidays, birthdays, new baby, graduation, and more.

Jumbo Garden Picks Layering Die Set

Jumbo Garden Picks Layering Die Set and Essential Sentiment Strips Die Set are two of my favorites from this release! So of course, I had to start with those.

Altenew Jumbo Garden Picks Layering Die Set

This layering die set is huge and well thought out. Instead of individual dies, 3-4 bloom layers are included on each die which reduces the time and effort it takes to cut all the pieces.

Believe it or not all the elements fit on one card panel. I watercolored the layers with Altenew Artist Watercolor Set.

This awesome sentiment die-cut is from the new Essential Sentiment Strips Die Set. I totally dig the negative space cut out letters.

Linear Pathway Alpha – Solid & Outline Die Sets

There are two new alphabet dies in town and when you use them together they look like neon lights. Here I created a message board with the Classy Stripes Stencil.

The message board is so light in the photos, I think white pigment ink on black cardstock would have pulled off the look better. But nonetheless, these letters are fun and you can fit a ton on your cards!

Happy Holidays Script Die Set

Use one or both of the Happy Holidays Die Set on your cards for greater versatility. Here I used the script Happy die-cut as my color palette didn’t really bring holiday vibes to mind.

The background is ink blended with Rose Bouquet Stencil and the Altenew Ink Blending Tool – Small set.
