Zentangle® Ornaments & Tags
This Zentangle® project works double duty as ornaments or tags. Learn this easy Zentangle® pattern and how to turn it into gift tags and holiday ornaments.
Be sure to check out the video to learn Arukus, a simple Zentangle® pattern created by Molly Hollibaugh. Products listed below.
I started by die cutting 3 different card stocks, Royal Sundance Fiber Kraft Cardstock, Pop Tone Wild Cherry, and DCS Discount Cardstock Canvas Textured Seafoam Green with My Favorite Things Stitched Star Stax dies.
I tangled the Arukus pattern on 2 kraft stars and 1 seafoam green star. I then cut 3 larger stars from each color of card stock.
I used my craft pick to pierce a hole in the tip of the larger stars to thread through some twine. A small hole punch would work as well.
I added some dimensional adhesive to pop up the tangled stars and added a loop of twine to the larger stars.
The light texture of the seafoam paper was easy to work with and took the graphite and white charcoal well.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope this project inspires you to do a little tangling this holiday season! Get creative and remember to Breathe · Ink · Inspire.
