Zen Watercolor Swatch Stamps

These cards feature two A2-sized digital stamps from my Zen Watercolor Swatch set. This set is designed to coordinate with my Daniel Smith Watercolor Swatch Series.

Exit Your Comfort Zone & Enter Creativity

Ok, I can’t help myself, another tip I didn’t share in the video is to use a limited color palette. Too many colors used on a card design can confuse the eye. While a limited color palette can help the eye zone in on individual elements or groups of elements.

Copic Markers

Leaves | YG03, YG17
Verve | YR02, R21, R14
Flux | Y21, YR24

Thinking of You

As the sentiment says in the previous card, exit your comfort zone and jump outside of the color families. Originally, I colored the flowers purple. But, goodness that was boring. Adding teal added a whimsical vibe and made the flowers pop.

Copic Markers

Flowers | V01, V04, V06, BG10, BG13

My gosh, there were so many interesting and helpful tips on this. I did realize that I have to go back and watch some of the earlier posts. I’ve been afraid of digital stamps and therefore have to watch that video. Thank you so much for all of this information. Love the Zentangle!
