Waterbrush Hello Die

Are you a word die junkie like me? Word dies are so versatile and can totally save a card design when you don’t plan your sentiment placement ahead of time. Ask me how I know, LOL!

Waterbrush Hello Die | Die-Cut and Washi Tape Magic

This card comes together quickly with the help of Waterbrush Hello Die and two washi tapes: Many Dots Washi Tape and Block Rainbow Washi Tape. I adore the size and style of this hello die and I’m certain it will make many appearances of future projects!

Many Dots Washi Tape & Waterbrush Hello Die

To help the Block Rainbow die-cut stand out I added a drop shadow and a vellum circle backdrop. Be sure to watch the video for a tip to pop up your vellum with ease!

Wide Washi Tape Cards

Need a card quick? Washi tape is exactly what you need!

For more inspiration, check out this post/video from the release hop.

Bitty Bloom 3D & Bold Thanks Die Sets

Hello, Bold Thanks Die Set! I love word dies that come with a shadow die. While you can create a drop shadow as in the previous card, the shadow die give the die-cut a border all the way around.

Bitty Bloom 3D Die Set & Bold Thanks Die Set | | Die-Cut and Washi Tape Magic

Bold Thanks Die Set, another new favorite, is perfect for everyday cards and masculine cards too. The font is modern with a bit of sass that’s not too frilly and feminine.

Altenew Bitty Bloom 3D Die Set | Altenew Bold Thanks Die Set

While these Bitty Blooms may seem understated as a lone flower, grouped together they make an ideal arrangement for this Many Dots Washi Tape backdrop.

Here, I watercolored them with Winter Wonderland Brush Makers in Mountain Mist, Lagoon, Emerald, Citrus Burst, and Silver. Although I painted four of them, I used the leftover bitty bloom for a card on the Altenew Educator Hop. Gotta use those pretty leftovers!
