All the details to create six handmade cards with the new Altenew + Pinkfresh Celebrate release are in this short cardmaking video tutorial. Watch here or in HD on YouTube. While. you’re there I’d love it if you like, subscribe, and share it with friends!

Slimline vs. A2 Cards

As mentioned, the Celebrate release includes 6×6 and 12×12 paper packs. The images in these paper packs are identical so I thought it would be fun to create slimline cards with the 12×12 paper and A2 cards with the 6×6 paper.

Slimline vs. A2 Cards

I absolutely adore the slimline cards created with the 12×12 paper due to the large floral images. These cards were made in a matter of minutes by trimming to size and adding simple stamped and ephemera sentiments.

Slimline vs. A2 Cards

As you can see, I used the same technique here with a different pattern. I added ephemera flowers to the A2 sized card and ephemera sentiment to the slimline card. So so easy!!

Celebrate Us Layer Stamp

Altenew lends its iconic floral layer stamping to the Celebrate Us Stamp & Die Bundle. This beautiful bloom and accompanying leaves are already arranged for you. I so appreciate the efficiency of being able to die-cut the arrangement in one go.

Altenew + Pinkfresh Celebrate Us

Celebrate Us only requires four colors to create a beautiful layered look. Here I used Altenew Pink Pearl, Coral Berry, Frayed Leaf, and Chammomile Crisp Dye Inks.

In order to ground the image, I used two off-set layers of Altenew Brushed Grid Washi Tape. The sketchy lines of the washi tape pair perfectly with the stamp illustration.

Altenew + Pinkfresh Celebrate Us

I added a bit of splatter with Altenew Jet Black Ink Spray before popping up the floral images and thankful die-cut. Word dies with shadows are one of my favorite card elements and Celebrate Us includes one!!

Celebrate Today + Coloring

Celebrate Today Stamp Set includes a sketchy outline floral arrangement ideal for all your favorite coloring mediums. My two favorites are watercolor and alcohol markers. What are yours?

Altenew + Pinkfresh Celebrate Today

Coloring doesn’t have to be difficult if you keep things loose and sketchy. Be sure to watch the video for more instruction. Here I used Altenew Artist Markers in Buttercream, Warm Sunshine, Frosty Pink, Coral Berry, Frayed Leaf, and the Colorless Blender.

Altenew + Pinkfresh Celebrate Today

After simple coloring, I die-cut and popped up the image on a piece of Celebrate 6×6 paper pack. I finished off the card with a stamped sentiment and Nuvo Crystal Drops.
